After the defeat of Judge Doom, a Toon Town scientist discovered that Dip could be mixed with artists' ink to form a mixture that allowed Toons to reshape their body however they wanted.

He'd given his discovery to Jessica hoping the sexy Toon would make herself even sexier - but Jessica had other plans in mind for this new formula of 'Ink.'
