Janet stared at herself in awe.
After so many years floating in the void of the Quantum Realm, she had finally broken free. She remembered glimpsing Hank, watching him fall into the realm after her. Somehow he managed to break free by tinkering with his regulator, which shocked her into action.
What happened next was a blur, but whatever she did had worked.
She was now back in her own realm, hanging in the sky over the Atlantic Ocean after defusing a nuclear missile. The exact same place she had entered the Quantum Realm.
However, the process of becoming larger had not occurred without side effects: somehow the energies of the Pym Particles regulator had increased her body mass beyond her svelte supermodel body, resulting in a new figure rippling with dense muscle. Her suit had torn in places, but Janet didn't pay them any mind.
She was back.
