Jenny has always been small and weak, so when it became public news that a very expensive growth serum had been invented, she naturally wanted to get her hands on it.
She loved all of the FMG growth drives going around on the internet lately and decided to try it in real life. Jenny couldn't just ask anyone to compete with her in the drive, though. These things always seemed to favor the cute underdog, so she went straight to the biggest size queen in her local gym, Chloe, who immediately agreed thanks to the tantalizing thought of getting even bigger.
Jenny's plan worked wonderfully! She received 7 whole bottles of the stuff from a large multitude of donations, while Chloe only received one (which was still a notable achievement given how expensive the stuff is). Jenny used some of the donation money to buy some fancy cameras to broadcast the growth and hopefully draw in more backers. Chloe and her agreed to meet in the gym on the day of the shipment and drink their dosage together.
This was Jenny's biggest oversight.
Not being a character in a comic or animation, Chloe didn't have to play by the rules. She used her superior size and strength to snatch Jenny's shipment before the tinier woman even had a chance to open the box. Jenny had no other option than to look on in horror as Chloe chugged vial after vial of the serum meant for herself.
Jenny didn't gain her bravery until Chloe was on the last vial, but it was too late by then. Chloe had grown so enormous that she could pin Jenny to the wall with only a single hand almost as big as Jenny's entire midriff (not that she'd have had any trouble keeping her at bay before).
After the whole ordeal was over, Jenny plotted her revenge. Surely, after Chloe's unsportsmanlike display, plenty of people would assist Jenny in her quest to grow larger...
