The battle against 'Tighten' is over, with his powers safely stored in the energy injector.
However, in the mayhem of the people cheering for Megamind, Roxanne is accidentally shot with the injector. She suddenly grows twice as big, her musculature and breasts growing huge enough to rip her entire outfit to pieces.
Instead of being angry with Megamind, she's rather pleased with the result as she flexes her muscles and enjoys the sensation of floating off the ground.
