Valentine had been developing several body enhancement substances to get an edge on her enemies and, ultimately, the Skullgirl herself. Lacking Painwheel to use as a guinea pig, Valentine decided to test the muscle growth serum on herself, making her muscle mass increase greatly... and driving her out of control.
It's now up to Parasoul to defeat the transformed Valentine and prove that no steroids can beat the natural muscle mass gained through grind and effort.
